In doing so, he could name the Commander of Gang Investigations–the person in charge of secret investigations–while testing Teresa’s loyalty.

Kalra said he was taken into custody for at least four hours and then released with a citation for driving under the influence. He said a preliminary test showed his blood-alcohol level was 0.12. The legal limit is 0.08.

At a press conference at his home Sunday, Kalra said he felt the need to be honest about the incident and hopes his mistake will serve as a cautionary tale. He said he had apologized to his fellow council members.

The three defendants  whose trial starts on May 16 with jury selection four floors above the courtroom where Rajaratnam has been on trial since March 8 — are former Galleon trader Zvi Goffer, who founded Incremental Capital, and two other former Incremental traders, Zvi’s brother, Emanuel Goffer, and Michael Kimelman.

Justin Bieber was so sick that he vomited backstage in between songs while staging a concert for his Pinoy fans at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds last night.

During the press meeting, hours before the concert, Bieber said that he is not feeling well but still assured his fans of a great concert. “I have this throat congestion now but I’ll do my best for my fans.” he said.

According to American blogger Perez Hilton, Bieber has been diagnosed with bad chest infection even before his concert started. Bieber was advised to either cancel the show or do an abbreviated set… But he insisted on going on. So they cut down the show, but once the show started he kept going.

“Bieber ended up doing his normal, 90-minute set for his Filipino concertgoers! Despite being very ill! Thankfully, though, Justin has the next two days off so he can and should and plans to rest,” Hilton wrote.
